Choosing your product

  • If you want the full DentraWhite experience, we recommend starting with the Ultimate Glow Bundle. It includes our PAP+ whitening strips, Smile Glow Up whitening powder and Pre + Probiotic Enamel Strengthening Toothpaste.

    If you want focused whitening, start with the strips. If you want daily stain care, start with the powder. If you want daily freshness and enamel support, start with the toothpaste.

How to Use DentraWhite

  • For the full routine, start by using the whitening powder to help polish away everyday surface stains. Then apply the PAP+ whitening strips as directed. Finish by brushing with the enamel-supporting toothpaste as part of your daily oral care routine.

    The key is consistency and following the product instructions.

  • Wet your toothbrush, dip it lightly into the powder, then brush gently. After using the powder, you can follow with your usual toothpaste or DentraWhite Pre + Probiotic Enamel Strengthening Toothpaste.

    Avoid scrubbing too hard. A gentle brushing motion is best.

  • The whitening powder is designed for regular use as part of your smile care routine. Many customers use it daily, but you can adjust this depending on your own teeth and routine.

    If you experience any discomfort or irritation, stop using the product and seek advice from a dental professional.

  • Dry your teeth first, then apply the strips firmly to your teeth. Press them into place and leave them on for the recommended time shown on your product packaging.

    After removing the strips, dispose of them and gently rinse or brush if needed.

    The whitening powder is best for daily stain care and maintaining a fresher smile. For a more focused whitening effect, we recommend using the PAP+ whitening strips as part of a full course.

  • For best results, use the products consistently, apply strips to dry teeth, press strips firmly into place and follow the product instructions.

    We also recommend avoiding heavy staining drinks straight after whitening where possible and keeping up with daily brushing and oral care.

Dental Work & Suitability

  • Yes, DentraWhite products can be used on composite bonding, but it is important to know that whitening products cannot whiten composite bonding beyond the shade it was when originally fitted.

    They may help clean surface staining, but natural teeth and dental work can respond differently.

  • Whitening products do not whiten crowns, veneers or fillings beyond their original shade.

    They may help remove some surface staining, but they will not change the base colour of dental work. If you have visible dental work at the front of your smile, we recommend checking with your dentist before whitening.

  • Our formula is peroxide-free and designed with comfort in mind, but if you have ongoing sensitivity, gum problems, tooth pain or dental concerns, please speak to your dentist before using whitening products.

  • DentraWhite whitening products are intended for adult use. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, please check with a dental professional before use.

  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or receiving dental treatment, we recommend speaking to your dentist, doctor or midwife before using whitening products.

Delivery, Returns & Support

  • UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

  • Due to the nature of oral care products, we are unable to accept returns once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.
