Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items with the hygiene seal and original packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, oral-care products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed or used, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at info@dentrawhite.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please include your order number and photos where relevant so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like.
Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and checked your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
